Instructions for use: One bag (1 tablespoon) is more than enough for 0.5 to 1 kg of fish. It all depends on individual appreciation. – For barbecue and frying, mix one or two sachets (depending on quantity) with the juice of half a lemon (optional), a dash of oil and a pinch of salt.
Brush the fish with this spice mixture for fish marinade and let it stand for at least half an hour before cooking. – It is also possible to sprinkle the spice powder directly into the notches of the previously salted poison if necessary.
