Natural Health… The path to your well-being
How to ensure its well-being through plants?
Phytotherapy is part of alternative medicine or so-called alternative medicine, the effectiveness of which is no longer to be demonstrated. Several specialties use plants for medicinal purposes, such as aromatherapy, which uses plant essences or essential oils; herbalism, which uses the fresh or dried plant and uses either the whole plant or part of it (bark, flower, fruit, root, etc.)
The preparation is based on simple methods, most often water-based: decoction, infusion, maceration. These preparations are drunk or inhaled, applied to the skin or added to bath water. Therapeutic use is multiple, preventive and curative, in acute cases or to modify terrain, and it focuses on treating the cause of the illness and not just its symptoms.
Phytotherapy or natural medicine based on the use of plants and their extracts is a solution that is both alternative and complementary to the treatments of classical (so-called conventional) medicine. Its scientifically proven effectiveness is recognized and its adverse effects remain minimal.
Despite enormous advances in modern medicine, herbal medicine offers multiple benefits. Let us not forget that at all times, with the exception of the last hundred years, men have had only plants to cure themselves, whether they are mild or more serious diseases, such as tuberculosis or malaria to name a few.
