Properties: Hibiscus is a urinary antiseptic and a diuretic. Its dark red color helps with menstrual cramps. Hibiscus is recommended to help fight high blood pressure and cholesterol.

With a stem with aromatic properties, lemongrass is also a medicinal herb. Thanks to its antispasmodic, antibacterial, soothing and relaxing leaves, it treats: indigestion, flu-like illnesses and fevers, mental fatigue, joint and rheumatic pains. Lemongrass is also said to help lower blood sugar levels.

Pineapple is a real “appetite suppressant”. It is high in bromeliad, an enzyme that has the properties of pain reliever, anti-tumor, and anti-edema. Pineapple has the ability to improve blood circulation and aid digestion.

Preparation: For 200 ml of boiling water into a cup with a 2 g tea bag. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

The herbal tea can be consumed hot (add ginger if desired) or cold with ice cubes or in the form of lollipops for the enjoyment of young people, especially in summer.
