Fish seasoning for frying and grilling

Fish seasoning: Fish lovers should definitely include this specialty in their spice range!
The harmonious, spicy, finely salty aroma perfectly rounds off the taste of fish, marinades, butter and olive oil sauces.

Use : For grilling and roasting fish, for sauces and marinades.
Dosage : For a marinade, mix approx. 1 teaspoon of seasoning with 4 tablespoons of oil, turn the fish fillets in it and fry them in a pan or on the grill over medium heat without adding any fat.

Fish seasoning spice is lightly salted; thicker pieces of fish can possibly be re-salted.

Storage : Airtight, protected from light and dry.
