Eru: Cameroonian dish.
The Okazi leaves are herbal with different names across Africa:
Eru (okok) in Cameroon
ukase or afang in Nigeria
m’fumbua or fumbua in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
and KoKo in Angola, Gabon, Central African Republic
These leaves are used in many famous dishes such as Eru, Okock in Cameroon; Afang Soup, Egusi and Okazi/Ukazi Soup in Nigeria.
It is served with either Water-Fufu or Gari, both cassava products. It is mostly fed by hand.
