Caca pigeon: Crispy biscuits with African dough

Caca pigeon are appetizers made from wheat flour in the shape of short spaghetti and cram-crams (crispy) It is also a Madagascar snack of Indian origin, which is also eaten in Mauritius, Reunion, Comoros, etc. The name comes from a legend dating from the French colonial era in Madagascar. Basically, it was a sort of cookie made with flour and sugar, water and others ingredients . We fried them and they became crunchy.
