Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers from Cameroon, pineapples and cloves from Cameroon.

Properties: Hibiscus is a urinary antiseptic and a diuretic. The flowers help with menstrual cramps. Hibiscus is recommended to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Pineapple is a real “appetite suppressant”. It is high in bromeliad, an enzyme that has the properties of a pain reliever, anti-tumor and anti-edema.
Cloves are high in carbohydrates (65%), fats (13%) and proteins (6%).

Preparation: For 200 ml of boiling water into a cup with a 2 g tea bag. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
It can be drunk hot with a little ginger or cold with ice cubes.
You can also make small lollipops with very refreshing ones for children, especially in summer.
